Paleo Sangria (Spanish Style) Recipes
This paleo sangria is just like an authentic Spanish-style sangira but made with healthier ingredients. It’s sweet, strong, and delicious, just like a paleo sangria should be! You’ll love this paleo sangria because it’s so easy to make ahead and only takes a few minutes to prepare, but it’ll become an absolute favorite with your friends. But be warned: this paleo sangria can be strong!
- 6 tablespoons honey
- 6 tablespoons warm water
- 1 bottle red wine
- 1 apple (, sliced)
- 1 orange (, slipced)
- 1 lemon (, sliced)
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1/2 cup brandy
- sparkling water (, as desired)

- In a small bowl, whisk together honey and warm water until smooth. Pour contents of bottle of wine into a large pitcher and stir honey mixture into wine. Pour in brandy and stir in fruit. Cover and let steep for at least 2 hours, preferably longer.
- When ready to serve, use a wooden spoon to lightly crush fruit. Then add in sparkling water until desired taste is reached. Pour into serving glasses and include fruit!
