Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Shake Recipes
An easy protein shake packed with healthy ingredients to get your day started off right!
- 1 1/2 cups ice plus milk of your choice to fill up the measuring cup
- 1/4-1/3 of a medium frozen banana
- 3 tablespoons powdered peanut butter
- 1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder (I use Ideal Lean)
- optional: 1 1/2 tablespoons oats
- optional: 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- Blend everything together until smooth!
